Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila, a deluxe hotel in the heart of Manila’s financial district, is currently seeking a Service Leader – Kitchen (Room Service).
As a Service Leader, you will:
- Maintain food preparation according to Shangri-La’s standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
- Supervise kitchen personnel.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations.
- Foster positive team relationships.
Ideal candidates should have a passion for Food & Beverage and experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel.
