Job Description
We invite you to join the Philippine Wine Merchants team as a Junior Technical Support Specialist. In this engaging role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of both software and hardware products, network troubleshooting, and providing comprehensive support for PC-related issues. You will assist users remotely using tools such as VNC and RDP, while working within Windows and Linux environments, including Active Directory management.
Your knowledge of virtualization technologies, cloud administration, and cybersecurity will be essential in this position. You will also oversee backup automation efficiencies and generate performance tracking reports. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity that involves collaborating on various IT projects and solutions.
