Job Description
Join Joe Riley & Associates Inc. as a Junior Events Monitoring Support Specialist! This is a permanent, direct-hire position located onsite in Ortigas, Pasig. Work during the day shift from Monday to Friday.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor applications, infrastructure, and telecommunications systems.
- Analyze alerts and escalate incidents to service owners.
- Assist technical teams with charts and reports as needed.
- Collaborate with SMEs for insight reports and tool optimization.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Nagios, SolarWinds, Splunk).
- 2 years in data center operations.
Pay up to Php60,00.00/month, including a 13th-month salary. Reliable commuting to Ortigas Pasig is required.
