Job Description
Join TeamGlobal Facility Solutions, Inc. as a Junior Architect and provide essential technical support to Development Control Managers and Officers. In this role, you will assist in initial plan reviews and draft necessary documents such as Notices of Violation, Work Stoppage Letters, and Assessment Forms.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring development control data, preparing various documents, coordinating with vendors for construction projects, and overseeing project standard procedures. You will also manage document logistics, assist in report preparation, and handle permit applications for South Estate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from Php25,00.00 per month
