Job Description

Autospectrum Corporation is seeking a dedicated Job Controller to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving job cards and assigning qualified technicians.
• Ensuring accurate timing for technicians.
• Optimizing job assignments and minimizing wait times.
• Completing workloads efficiently and maintaining communication.
• Preparing Daily Hour Sold reports.
• Ensuring vehicles undergo Final Control Process.
• Liaising with the service department for high standards.
• Notifying Service Advisors upon job completion.
• Identifying warranty items with proper documentation.
