Job Description
Job Summary: Agrius IT is seeking an ITIL Certified IT Service Manager with 4 to 5 years of experience. Candidates should have expertise in ITIL processes and service management, preferably with Level 1 or Level 2 ITIL experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT services following ITIL best practices.
- Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements: ITIL Certification (minimum ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation) and strong problem-solving skills.
