Job Description
Systemantech INC is seeking an enthusiastic IT Technical Support professional to join our team. We welcome candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience, as well as fresh graduates.
Qualifications include strong troubleshooting skills, good communication, and a customer-oriented mindset. Flexibility for fieldwork, basic knowledge of ticketing systems, and foundational knowledge in server, router, and switch installation are essential.
