Job Description
We are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide front-line technical assistance to staff and clients. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software, configuring workstations, supporting networks and peripherals, managing support tickets, and documenting resolutions.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support.
- Technical skills: Proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft are advantageous.
