Job Summary:

As the Team Leader Desktop Support Engineer at Systemantech, you’ll be the driving force behind our end-user tech experience. You’ll troubleshoot complex technical issues, coach and mentor your team, and ensure our desktops, laptops, and network run smoothly, keeping users productive and happy.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in desktop support leadership.
• Proven success in leading and motivating teams.
• Strong skills in Windows, macOS, and other OS.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
