Job Description

Tasq Technology is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Lead to oversee our team at Eton Centris, QC. This full-time position operates on an onsite shift system and requires candidates to start ASAP.

Job Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in English (Read, Write, Speak)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing teams of 40 or more
• ITIL Certification required
• Ability to manage escalated calls and implement service improvement plans

Compensation: Up to Php 45,00.00 per month, including health insurance and performance bonuses.
