Job Description

Flatplanet is seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Makati. As a key player, you will proactively source and attract qualified candidates, manage the candidate lifecycle, and maintain strong relationships with top tech talent. Your role will include crafting compelling job advertisements, providing ongoing support to candidates, and collaborating with Account Managers for a seamless recruitment experience.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with the Australian market and experience using Bullhorn Recruitment Management system are a plus.
