Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Secretarial Support to the Chairperson:

• Arrange meetings with faculty, students, and visitors.

2. Frontline and Student Support:

• Serve as receptionist and attend to inquiries and visitors.

3. Documentation and Records Support:

• Assist in reminders for evaluations and maintain syllabi.

4. Department Support:

• Monitor cleanliness, coordinate facilities, and support events.

5. Communication:

• Prepare visual materials and manage the Department’s online presence.

Job Type: Fixed term (Contract length: 4 months)
