Job Description
Reporting to: Director of IT
Location: SM Clark Pampanga
Experience Required:
- Graduate in IT or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Good knowledge of hardware/software issues.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- On-site and phone support experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft OS, Office products, and networking.
