Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Install software and hardware products; troubleshoot networks.
- Perform PC troubleshooting and support for Windows environments.
- Assist users with remote applications like VNC and Remote Desktop.
- Manage Active Directory and assist in IT resource optimization.
- Process IT peripheral purchase requisitions and lead project implementations.
- Generate reports for performance tracking.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-year technology graduate or at least 2 years of related experience.
- Experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
