Job Description
Join our team at Zenshin Systems Corporation as an IT Helpdesk professional! You will be responsible for the creation and monitoring of service requests until resolution. Your key tasks will include preparing summary reports, analyzing reported issues, and escalating tickets to the next level of support as needed.
Qualified candidates should possess a proactive approach to monitoring and have basic knowledge in Office 365, email, web applications, Power BI, and security software. Previous experience in a hospital IT environment is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php19,00.00 per month
Schedule: 10-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
