Job Description
We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Specialist to provide second-level technical assistance to end users. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, manage and prioritize IT tickets, escalate incidents as needed, and maintain accurate documentation. You will also assist with user account administration, backups, and system updates.
- Required: 2+ years helpdesk experience; strong knowledge of Windows and Office 365; basic networking and remote support tools.
- Attributes: excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certification and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
