Job Description
Join IT By Design as an IT Helpdesk Analyst! We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our desktop operating systems and applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and diagnose desktop operating systems
- Assist with application and printer installation
- Support client VPN and O365 administration
- Manage Active Directory user accounts
- Resolve antimalware issues
Requirements: 1+ years in Service Desk, Active Directory support, and willingness to work night shift in BGC, Taguig City.
Salary: Up to Php45,00.00 per month with benefits including health and life insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion.
