Job Description
General Trias Medical Center and Hospital is seeking a full-time IT Associate to deliver on-site technical support and system administration. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, 1–2 years of IT staff experience (hospital exposure preferred), and proficiency in MS Office.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot systems, respond promptly to service requests, and support BIZBOX
- Create user accounts, repair or replace equipment, and document procedures
- Test new technologies, support application roll-outs, and mentor junior staff
