Job Description

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils., Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to join our rapidly expanding healthcare BPO, based in the United States. The role encompasses tasks such as installing and configuring hardware, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support for new applications. The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and demonstrate proficiency in Windows operating systems (versions 7, 8, and 10), along with excellent problem-solving abilities.

This position requires an onsite probationary period, transitioning to a hybrid work model after one year. Candidates should be prepared for night shifts, with our office conveniently located in Shaw, Mandaluyong.
