• Provide technical assistance, diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Resolve escalated Level 1 technical issues.
• Assist with hardware, software, and network installations.
• Document procedures and provide reports to IT specialists.
• Support new solutions, applications, and user account setups.

Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-1 year of IT experience.
