Primary Responsibilities:
As an IT Admin, you will be the first contact for customers needing technical assistance. Your role includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, servers, printers, and other devices. You will also manage OS updates, document all support activities, and perform network administration tasks.
Required Skills & Experience: Knowledge of Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, and basic TCP/IP troubleshooting is essential. Strong customer service skills are a must.
