Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries from clients and partners.
• Handle investor inquiries and escalate complaints.
• Conduct client servicing and sales campaigns.
• Maintain communication with global clients.
• Ensure accurate project updates.
• Support stakeholders with client needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1-2 years of experience; finance experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
