Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course
- At least 6 months working experience in retail sales, distribution, logistics and/or warehousing environment under FMCG.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To handle SAP transactions that includes GR processing, RTV-posting, SMF posting, inter-warehouse transactions, Promo posting, Bin to bin transactions, replenishment, virtual posting and stocks conversion from regular item to promo item materials.
- Generates and submits accurate reports on-time.
- Ensures compliance to FEFO (First Expiry – First Out) at all times.
- Monitors closure of all inter-warehouse discrepancy report.
- Handles the end to end process of the inter-warehouse transfer including the system allocations, preparation of necessary documents for dispatch, TO confirmation and sealing of trucks.
