Job Description
Expand Offshore is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Verification Specialist to verify patient eligibility and coverage, calculate copayments, create and update insurance plans, and maintain benefit records. The position involves contacting insurers, preparing billing documentation, verifying patient information, supporting billing and medical coding, assisting with claims reviews, and educating patients about their coverage.
- Requirements: self-motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented; proficient with basic data applications (e.g., Excel); excellent spoken and written English; BPO experience preferred; able to work independently and available for night shifts.
- Employment: Full-time, in person. Compensation: From Php17,00/month.
