Job Description
Accenture is seeking an Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work environment. You will oversee a team of operations professionals, conduct quality reviews of Retirement Services transactions, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will manage customer relations and prepare comprehensive reports regarding operational performance.
The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 3 years of experience in Retirement Services, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office applications. We encourage college graduates from all disciplines to apply.
