Job Description

Afni, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Instructional Design and Development Supervisor to spearhead our training initiatives. In this role, you will evaluate training needs, facilitate calibration sessions, and generate comprehensive reports. You will also ensure trainer proficiency through systematic evaluations and coaching, while overseeing the logistics of supplemental training.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of college education or a Bachelor’s degree, along with 1-2 years of experience in call center training. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, and experience in curriculum development is a plus. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna and Fairview.
