Job Description
Optimus Executive Search Solutions Inc. is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager with a salary of up to 80K + Commission. Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in managing internal sales in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting sales targets and goals
- Recruiting and training sales agents
- Managing the sales team

- Uploading and reporting sales data
