Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Trainee at Rural Bank of Angeles. This position will assist with daily HR functions, providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Department. Responsibilities include filing records, scanning HR files, and assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications: Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. A willingness to work at our Head Office is essential.
Job Type: OJT (On-the-Job Training)
Contract Length: 2 months
Schedule: Day Shift
