Job Description
Desco, Inc. is looking for motivated candidates to fill the role of Human Resources On-the-Job Trainee. This position is perfect for students currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Human Resources or Psychology who are eager to gain hands-on experience.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates should possess strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Key responsibilities will include handling documentation and filing tasks.
Requirements: Applicants must submit an updated resume, proof of enrollment, student ID, an endorsement letter, MOA, OJT program outline, vaccination card, and insurance details.
Job Type: OJT (Contract duration: 2 months). Benefits include free parking and complimentary staff meals.
