Job Description
Sinematika Inc. is seeking a talented Human Resources Officer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment, screening, and interviewing applicants, as well as preparing employee contracts. Other duties include administering performance evaluations, maintaining employee records, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
You will also plan and organize company activities, mediate disputes, and manage our internship program in collaboration with government agencies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with 3-5 years of relevant HR experience and a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
