Job Description
Excellent People’s Multi-Purpose Cooperative is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Human Resource Officer (HRO) to become a vital member of our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in our recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. You will also assist with the onboarding of new employees, addressing queries related to salary, benefits, and leave entitlements.
Your responsibilities will further extend to preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate records for new hires.
Office Location: Boni, Mandaluyong
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Php19,500.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
