Job Description
E&W Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Associate to join our dynamic team in Ecoland, Davao City. This full-time position encompasses a range of administrative and operational responsibilities, including:
- Assisting with job postings and recruitment efforts
- Facilitating onboarding processes for new employees
- Addressing employee benefits inquiries
- Maintaining accurate personnel records
- Encouraging positive employee relations
- Utilizing HR software systems effectively
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required.
