Job Description
The Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. is seeking a dedicated HRM Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a BS graduate, preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management, with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Key responsibilities include handling confidential matters, effective communication with stakeholders, guiding employees with recruitment concerns, and complying with reporting standards. Willingness to travel throughout Mindanao is a must.
