Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HRIS Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to improve HR operations significantly.
Key responsibilities include analyzing HRIS data, identifying and resolving system issues, and providing comprehensive training to HR staff on HRIS functionalities. A solid understanding of HR processes, along with technical expertise in database management, is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Systems is preferred.
