Job Description

Job Summary:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee documents.
• Assist in reorganizing employee 201 file folder structures.
• Support various HR programs, projects, and activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate data organization in employee folders.
• Timely submission of tasks by deadlines.
• Generate standard reports on tasks.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of HR-related data and documents.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
