Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Encoding Employees’ Information in the System
- Handling and Monitoring Employee Data Movement
- Ensuring Employee Records are complete and updated
- Securing correctness of Employee Data in the HR System
- Providing accurate and timely responses to Employee inquiries, requests, and/or disputes
- Other tasks related to Employee Data Management
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree; preferably HR, Business, or Psychology
- At least one year of experience in Employee Data Management
- Proficient in HRIS Software
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute
