Job Description

Northpoint Development Bank is seeking an HR Training Specialist to support our training programs. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Psychology, or a related field, along with at least 6 months of experience in Training and Development.

Key responsibilities include administrative support for training programs, sourcing training providers, monitoring participant registration, and preparing reports. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential. This is a full-time position based in San Pedro, Laguna.
