Job Description
Sprint International Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience supervising HR functions for an organization with 100 or more employees.
The successful candidate will be well-organized, proficient in oral and written communication, knowledgeable in Labor Laws and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), and capable of developing performance standards.
Key responsibilities include administering policies, implementing organizational structure, evaluating performance, and facilitating training.
