Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement the monthly performance management system for employees.
• Identify poor performers and collaborate on development plans.
• Monitor performance evaluations of probationary employees.
• Facilitate trade tests for probationary employees.
• Prepare and monitor employment contracts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
• Conduct employee exit interviews.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
