Job Description

MOTHER TERESA OF CALCUTTA MEDICAL CENTER is seeking an HR Staff member to oversee performance evaluations and improvement processes for all employees.

The successful candidate will facilitate periodic performance evaluations, ensure compliance with management policies, maintain evaluation records in a database, and recommend necessary training interventions based on performance data.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring the employment status of probationary and project-based employees, preparing ad hoc reports, and maintaining performance evaluations.

This is a full-time position offering employee discounts and paid training. Expected start date is 11/11/2024.
