Job Description
Accenture is actively seeking an HR Service Delivery Analyst to enhance our team. This hybrid role involves managing email inquiries and ServiceNow tickets, delivering exceptional customer service through email communications, and overseeing key processes concerning US payroll and payroll tax.
The responsibilities encompass serving as the primary contact for payroll and tax-related inquiries, generating reports, and working night shifts with weekends off, based in Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1.
Ideal candidates should possess college experience, 2-3 years of payroll or tax experience, familiarity with systems such as ADP and Oracle, and proficient Excel skills.
