Job Description

MFT INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Staff to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Post job openings and screen resumes.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Provide feedback to candidates and managers.
• Assist with new hire onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: Php17,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Overtime available.
