Job Description
Cleantech Autofuel is looking for a committed HR Recruitment professional to become a vital member of our team at our Head Office in Arayat, Pampanga. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements to facilitating employee onboarding.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Posting job openings and screening applications
- Conducting candidate interviews and performing background checks
- Partnering with PESOs and employing traditional sourcing strategies
- Managing recruitment documentation effectively
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field, along with strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency. We offer a full-time position with a competitive starting salary of Php16,00.
