Job Description

Robinsons Land Corp is seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Key responsibilities include recruitment administration, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, preparing job offers, performing background checks, and onboarding new hires. Additional HR support may be required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Amenable to onsite work from Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,00 – Php25,00/month
