Job Description
CosmetiGroup Int’l Corp. is seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Assistant to support our hiring process. The ideal candidate will write job descriptions, post positions, review applications, schedule interviews, conduct candidate background checks, and maintain recruitment metrics. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, answer candidate questions, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering benefits such as health insurance, company events, opportunities for promotion, and a 13th-month salary bonus.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
