Job Description
Happy Island PPEC is seeking a 100% remote HR Recruiter with a passion for identifying talent. A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection is required.
Responsibilities: You will conduct phone screenings, coordinate virtual interviews, post job openings, and maintain accurate candidate records.
Requirements: A degree in Human Resources or Psychology, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential. Experience in HR consulting is a plus.
