Job Description
JISMAR EQUIPMENT TRADING AND SERVICES INC. is seeking an on-site HR & Payroll Specialist in Quezon City (PHP 20,00–25,00/month). The role involves managing daily timekeeping, validating OT/OB, consolidating and preparing payroll, reviewing attendance and supervisor approvals, maintaining payroll records, assisting with SS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG remittances, and coordinating with branch administrators and HR, Operations, and Finance. Schedule: Monday–Saturday.
- Degree in HR, Business, or Accounting
- Experience in payroll or timekeeping, preferably for multi-branch field operations
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks accurately
