Job Description
Rising Business Concepts and Services, INC is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As a Staffing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Advertising job openings across various platforms including job boards, career pages, and social media.
- Coordinating with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Attending job fairs and organizing recruitment events.
- Managing candidate information and conducting pre-employment screenings.
- Preparing hiring status reports and ensuring proper onboarding for new hires.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 18,00.00 – Php 25,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Benefits: 13th month salary and overtime pay.
