Job Description
Myung Dang Plus Development Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to manage employee files, oversee onboarding, handle exit interviews, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will conduct case investigations, manage payroll and leave processes, support recruitment efforts, and prepare HR reports tailored to departmental needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field, 1-2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and flexibility. Candidates must reside in Mabalacat or Angeles Pampanga near Clark Freeport Zone or be willing to relocate.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month | Schedule: Mon-Fri, Day shift
