Job Description
AMA Educational Systems Holdings Inc. is looking for a motivated HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering our HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, and providing essential technical support.
Key responsibilities include analyzing HR metrics and ensuring compliance with HR data regulations. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, HR Development Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Php25,00.00 to Php30,00.00, along with benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for advancement. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and in-person attendance is required.
